I used to graze on cheese and used more butter than I probably should have. I definitely think Fasting has been the last link in the chain, but removing dairy was more about the experiment. I know I feel better without it, so that has to say something. I don't think it will ever be a permanent fix, however. Wine and a good (raw milk) cheese go so well together. I could take or leave milk and cream usually, but butter makes everything better. I'm torn. It is definitely worth the experience to omit if for a while. It's so challenging that it's rewarding. Best of luck on your adventure!

AND thankyou for reading my links!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10509305061945870434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7584010500034423042.post-13309708217136235772010-11-03T20:39:24.982-04:002010-11-03T20:39:24.982-04:00Congrats!! And you should brag!
I am "eatin...Congrats!! And you should brag!
I am "eating" totally Paleo, including IF...no dairy at all, which I thought would be my undoing. I really haven't seen or felt any difference from giving up the dairy, for what it's worth. But like you, I know it isn't very healthy--at least not the stuff I can get. But I still haven't given up my nightcap and my exercise is sporadic. I think those are the last two pieces of the puzzle for me.

Oh, and I love your "Where My Buffalo Roam" list!Pattyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16615291830525865931noreply@blogger.com
